By creating an account on our website, you agree to these terms and conditions which may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, refuse or terminate a member’s account. One account valid per person.
Joining is easy (and free)! You can join by creating an account on our site. All we need is your name and email address. We might also ask you for your mobile number or date of birth (hint: maybe put that one in to receive a birthday bonus!) but these are optional. You can update these details at any time by signing in to your account.

Please note, not all rewards are available to all members. As you progress through the levels of the Sleep Society Loyalty Program, bigger rewards and benefits become available to you. View your account dashboard to see what rewards you are eligible for. These rewards are subject to change at anytime.
For every $1 you spend on our site, you will receive points per spend. Depending on your level, you may receive more points per spend.
You can also earn points by fulfilling other activities, such as referring friends, writing reviews post-purchase, following us on social media and more. You must complete these activities within the account dashboard to earn the points.
Rewards cannot be earned using other rewards as part of the transaction. For example, if you purchase items using $100 in cash and $10 in rewards, you are only entitled to earning on the $90 of the transaction value.
We will send you an email when you are entitled to a reward. It is important that you don’t unsubscribe to the member emails we send you or you won’t be able to know when you are entitled to a reward or your spend balance.
Rewards can only be redeemed once and they can only be redeemed on our site.
To redeem a reward online you must be logged in to your account. Check your account dashboard and head to the "Get Rewards" tab. If you have any redeemable rewards, you must click "Get Reward" and your reward or voucher will be applied to the checkout. If you check out without doing so, you will not be able to redeem the rewards.
Only one reward can be redeemed in a transaction. Rewards from the loyalty program cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes or offers.
Rewards can only be redeemed on transactions that are greater in value of the voucher being redeemed. For example, if your transaction is $10.05, you are entitled to redeem a $10 voucher and required to pay the remaining 5 cents.
If you earned rewards points when making your purchase these points will be taken off your balance when making your return.
If you used a voucher when you made your purchase the amount you paid in cash will have been reduced. The refund will be processed based on the amount paid after any vouchers were applied.
If you have used a voucher to purchase multiple items, your voucher will be split across the items purchased, therefore any returns will have the value adjusted accordingly.
The voucher you used will be forfeit and our in store teams are unable to reinstate points on your membership at the time of the return. However, if you would like these points to go towards your next voucher please contact our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org
If you choose not to contact our customer service team the points will not be added to your account and a new voucher will not be issued.
Unfortunately you won't earn points when purchasing a gift card, but you will earn points when you pay using a gift card. Vouchers can't be redeemed for gift cards or cash either.
You will always remain a member of the Shhh Silk Sleep Society unless you want to cancel. Please note that if you decide to end your membership, your points total will be removed. If you choose to sign up again with us, your previous points total will not be reinstated.
