I still have not received my order. The last communication I received was from a company named Sendle, and the last delivery update was November 22nd, with my parcel being delivered to the United States Post Office facility in Los Angeles. I am now tracking the item via the USPS website, but the only update is the 11/22 status. I am now going to have to pursue this myself via the Post Office. Even with the US holiday of Thanksgiving, there should be an update on the status.
Why was $200 in pillowcases not shipped via an international shipper? If I remember correctly, my last order was delivered via DHL, which still took two weeks.
This was obviously sent as cheaply as possible, and now it is lost. At the very least, I am spending my time trying to track the shipment, rather than having a reliable shipper handling customs and delivery in a timely manner.
The logistics have not been well handled.
Great quality, they look super classy on the bed. We’ve been using them for a week and I can’t say I’ve seen major improvements to hair or skin but they are nice to sleep on. Very expensive
